By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Cancellations:
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no shows may be subject to a fee.
- No Shows will be subject to a $50.00 flat fee.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be refused future appointments at the therapist's discretion.
Client Responsibilities:
- Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee still applicable.
- Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment.
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care; please consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Professional Conduct:
- Sweet Meadow Therapy provides strictly professional, therapeutic massage services. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and payment will be required in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who violates professional boundaries, including but not limited to being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, inappropriate conduct, or disrespectful behavior.
Payment & Refunds:
- Payment is due at the time of services. We accept debit, credit, cash and e-transfers.
- All sales are final; refunds are not provided for completed service.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
- All client information is kept strictly confidential.
- We do not share your details without your written consent, except when required by law.

Changes to Terms:
